Terms & Conditions

Deposit:
$600 per person.

Second Deposit:
$600 per person due by September 1, 2012.

Final Payment:
Final payment is due no later than February 1, 2013.

Payment Policy

All payments will be auto-charged to the credit card on file for each booking on the day it is due. If you would like to change the credit card or send in a check for your next scheduled payment, please contact Montrose Travel at least 30 days prior to the scheduled payment due date to make the change.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable, therefore trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Important Information

• Rates/Fares are not guaranteed until your trip is paid in full.
• Valid U.S. Passport is required for this sailing. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months after travel has been completed. Non U.S. Citizens contact your Consulate or Embassy for specific requirements. Valid travel documents are the responsibility of the traveler.
• Taxes and gratuities are always subject to change even after paid in full.
• Cruise line reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement for all guests - even if the fare has already been paid in full.
• Departure and arrival times for cruise are not guaranteed. Any part of the itinerary is subject to delay or cancellation due to weather conditions or exigencies of safe navigation. The cruise line will use reasonable efforts to substitute ports of call to make either or both as nearly equitable as possible, based on the circumstances.
• Timely arrival to cruise port is the responsibility of the guest. Cruise ship must depart on time and will not wait for any late passengers. If guest misses the departure, it is the guest's responsibility to get to the next port of call at guest's expense.
• Entertainment schedule is subject to change. Final entertainment schedule will be communicated to guests 60 days prior to departure. Neither Montrose Travel nor Kenny G is responsible for any issues relating to artist changes or cancellations.
• Smoking is limited onboard the ship and only in designated areas.
• A parent, grandparent or legal guardian must accompany cruise passengers under the age of 21 years.
• Children traveling without both parents need a notarized letter of permission from the absent parent(s).
• If you are 24 weeks or more pregnant, the cruiseline will not allow you to travel onboard the ship.
• Infants under the age of 6 months will not be allowed by the cruise line to travel onboard the ship.
• Special needs cabins are available.
